By accessing the SpinCity88 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them;

To open and maintain an Account with SpinCity88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria on an ongoing basis:

Any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds returned, minus any bonus credits.

SpinCity88 reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any point during the account lifecycle and to request supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a valid national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the last three months.

To access real-money gaming services on SpinCity88, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information as prompted. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city and postcode), valid email address, and a chosen username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. SpinCity88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallets and cryptocurrency, and RM50 for bank transfers via FPX or direct online banking. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or direct online banking may take between 5 and 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations (typically 15–30 minutes).

• SpinCity88 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits made to SpinCity88 are for gaming purposes only. SpinCity88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or accounts held in a name other than the registered Account holder.
• SpinCity88 reserves the right to request proof of funding source at any time as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.
• Failed or disputed deposit transactions should be reported to customer support within 24 hours of the attempted transaction.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by fully verified (KYC-complete) Account holders. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. SpinCity88 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds.

The following general bonus terms apply to all SpinCity88 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Account, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual bonus offer page.
• Slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports bets may contribute at a separately stated rate. Crash games and specialty titles may be excluded from wagering contributions entirely.
• Bonus offers have an expiry window, stated on the offer page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified window will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of any bonus balance.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit decreases take effect immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SpinCity88 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the Account lifecycle;
• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting others to do so;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Chargebacks, reversed transactions, or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or SpinCity88 staff via any communication channel;
• Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights through any Platform feature.

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, game graphics, audio, and visual material displayed on the SpinCity88 Platform are the property of SpinCity88 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial manner without the express prior written consent of SpinCity88.

SpinCity88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the Platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpinCity88 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising in connection with the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay on the Platform.

SpinCity88's total aggregate liability to any Player in any calendar year shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the same period. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits SpinCity88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

SpinCity88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months;
• A request by the Account holder to close their account.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their primary verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. SpinCity88 recommends that Players withdraw any remaining balance prior to submitting a closure request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpinCity88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through SpinCity88's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from exercising any statutory consumer rights available under the laws of their country of residence.

Players who have a complaint or dispute are encouraged to first contact SpinCity88's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in our licensing framework.

SpinCity88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that substantively affect Player rights, bonus terms, withdrawal policies, or eligibility criteria — will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections, clarifications, or typographical fixes) may take effect immediately without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, your sole recourse is to close your Account. Please refer to Clause 14 (Suspension & Termination) for the Account closure process.
